- Skill-based routing with route blending: every task is scored against agent profiles and model cost before it's assigned. There's an entire layer dedicated to the free tier.
- Execution is measured
- Specialized benchmark suites, challenges, automatic review, and usage logging. The system records which model solved which kind of task, and uses that to correct the routing.
- Context is a module, not a prompt
- Persistent memory, a repository map, vector retrieval, and a context-pack optimizer. The agent doesn't get a long instruction — it gets an assembled case file.
- Never fake data
- A rule inherited by the whole group: a section with no real material gets hidden, not padded. This very page declares its own gaps in section 09.
